Cadent's 2021-2026 RIIO-2 Business Plan

On 9th December 2019, Cadent submitted its final 2021-2026 RIIO-2 Business Plan to Ofgem. The plan was developed in consultation with our customers, stakeholders and industry with over 1 million interactions with our customers and stakeholders, 20 thousand customer engagements through and more than100 engagement events. Our gas network plays a critical role in delivering affordable, safe and reliable heating to over 80% of domestic homes and fuelling major industry, businesses, schools and hospitals in England. We will be at the forefront of shaping and delivering the road to Net Zero emissions through facilitating clean gas and demonstrating a hydrogen pathway for our current and future customers.
