Residents and business owners in Hemel Hempstead are invited to attend a public event organised by Cadent, the UK’s largest gas distribution network, to learn more about essential gas works taking place in Kingsland Road.
Engineers from Cadent – the UK’s largest gas distribution network – will be starting work in Norwich next week to replace gas pipes that have been underground since the 1950s.
Essential work in Cambridge will help keep residents connected to safe and reliable gas supplies for cooking and heating. The scheme involves replacing more than 3,500 metres of ageing gas mains with traffic management in place throughout. Work expected to be completed by Friday 28 August.
