    As part of our culture of Always Doing the Right Thing, we encourage and support individuals to ‘Speak Up’ about any ethical concerns or suspected wrongdoing.

    Under our ‘Speaking Up’ policy, individuals can report their concerns through formal channels in the knowledge that they will be dealt with seriously and, where possible, confidentially.

    Examples of concerns that can be raised include:

    • criminal activity; 
    • failure to comply with any legal or professional obligation or regulatory requirements;
    • miscarriages of justice; 
    • danger to health and safety; 
    • damage to the environment;  
    • bribery and/or corruption;
    • financial fraud or mismanagement of funds;
    • breach of our internal policies and procedures, including our Code of Employee Conduct;  
    • conduct likely to damage our reputation or financial wellbeing;  
    • unauthorised disclosure of confidential information; 
    • the deliberate concealment of any of the above matters.

    To reinforce this commitment, we have updated our Discrimination, Bullying, and Harassment Policy to reflect the latest legislation concerning the prevention of Sexual Harassment.

    Our goal is to protect our colleagues and take proactive measures to prevent any unacceptable behaviour. We have a zero-tolerance approach to any form of discrimination, harassment or bullying.
