    Quotation fee

When you request a gas connection service, you will be charged a non refundable quotation fee [where applicable] dependent on the type of work you require. This covers the analysis of the gas network and production of design for the works required. In most cases a physical survey will be undertaken prior to the quotation being issued.

    Connection cost

When you have paid the quotation fee, we will provide you with a connection quote that is valid for 90 days. Please see easement information within the guidance section on our information hub.

We will work with you to meet your work delivery dates and will always offer you the earliest date available for the works. Where local traffic management or highway restrictions apply in your area we will let you know as this may increase the lead time before we start work.
