Greenford, London - upgrading the aging gas pipes

Replacing gas pipes on Greenford Road (A4127) at the junction of Rockware Avenue

Works will begin on 10 March for nine weeks, ending on 12 May

Cadent is replacing the large gas pipe on the A4127 Greenford Road at the junction of Rockware Avenue, Greenford, London from 10 March for nine weeks.

The project will be completed in three phases. With lane closures and diversions in place.

We have been working with Ealing Council and Transport for London to ensure minimal impact on the local community, keep the traffic flowing, whilst ensuring the work is carried out safely with no disruption to gas supplies.

10 – 17 March – One week

Phase 3

7 April to 12 May – Five weeks

A full road closure on Rockware Avenue, west of the junction with Greenford Road only.
Weight limits will be lifted to allow vehicles to follow diversion to the north.
