Cadent engineers are currently on site investigating a loss of gas supply affecting customers in the Wimblebury area.
Our teams are working to identify the cause of the outage and restore gas supplies as safely and as quickly as possible.
To enable us to restore supplies, engineers first need to visit every affected home and business to safely turn off the gas supply at the meter before work to reinstate the network can begin.
We are asking customers to ensure someone is available at their property, or to make arrangements for access.
All Cadent engineers carry official identification, and customers should always check ID before allowing anyone into their home.
To support affected customers, we have established a Customer Centre at the Trafalgar Pub, Littleworth Road, WS12 1HY. Customers who are registered on the Priority Services Register, or who may be eligible to join the register, can access alternative heating and cooking facilities.
