A leak on a gas main which runs under the middle of one of Liverpool’s busiest road junctions will be fixed this weekend (starting 23 August).

An ageing gas main in Bolton’s Winter Hey Lane is set for an upgrade that will keep local homes and businesses warm and safe into the next century.

Work will get underway on Monday (12 August) to fix a leak on a gas main which runs directly under the middle of a busy road in Marple, Stockport.

Work to install new gas mains in Warwick for a major new housing development will start on Monday (12 August).

Road users are being advised of a slip road closure in Ealing which is scheduled to take place over the August Bank Holiday Weekend.
