If a leak has been identified on the installation pipework, and you are eligible, we will look to trace and repair where the leak is coming from.
Depending on the nature of the leak, this could involve the lifting of floorboards or the removal of plasterboard to gain access and carry out repairs. If this is not feasible, we may need to re-route pipework. After the repair has been tested, our team will make arrangements for the fabric of the building to be put back.
