Our finance team win at Midland Finance Awards

On 6th November our Finance team have won ‘Transactional Finance Team’ of the Year at the West Midlands Finance Awards.

Collectively, the team have demonstrated great success over the last 12 months and positively impacting the wider business through; driving change, operational excellence, improving experiences and harnessing a positive team spirit filled with strong values and community.

The team stood out as winners for:

Consistently making significant contributions with cross collaboration to elevate customer and supplier experience.
Working to improve processes, using insights and setting new industry benchmarks; enhancing trust and agility.
A strong, caring team proud to work with visible and accessible leadership, supporting a positive work life balance and winning multiple ED&I awards for their work.
Fundraising for charities close to their hearts and giving over 400 volunteering hours to make a difference to our communities.
