We are the UK’s largest gas distribution network. We manage a network of more than 80,00 miles of pipes, most of them underground, which transport gas to 11 million customers. When you need to connect or disconnect to a gas supply, or alter the position of your existing meters or gas pipes, Cadent Connections are here to help.

The Cadent Connections App is designed to put you at the heart of our services, providing a platform for you to:

Request connections, disconnections, and alterations to a gas supply;
Provide details (including photos) to help us design the right connection for you;
Track the progress of your applications;
Contact Cadent with any queries and feedback throughout the process; and
Access connections specific FAQs and helpful documents.

Please be aware that Cadent only operate in specific regions of the UK: East of England, North London, North West, and West Midlands.
