If you’re thinking about digging near our pipes or equipment you must let us know before you start. This is so we can help you dig safely.

If you’re a business owner within the North West, North London, the East of England or West Midlands and need to arrange a commercial gas connection, alteration or disconnection, we’re proud to offer a range of services. Getting a new business gas connection with us is designed to be simple and straightforward. We understand that running a business takes up a lot of your time and you need your business gas connection to be carried out with minimal fuss, that’s why we take full control and make the process as easy as possible.
Either fill in our online application form, or give us a call and we’ll work through your application with you.
Order your preferred meter from your gas supplier. If you would like to, and provided you follow our guidance, you can dig your own trench.
We’ll meet you on-site as soon as possible to discuss your requirements and book in a date for the works.
You will have 45 days to send in your signed acceptance and pay for the works.
On average, it takes 6-8 weeks from payment to carry out your works.
We will give you a call the week before works are due to start to make sure everything is ready.
Once we’re finished, we will re-turf, re-seed any grassed areas and replant any flower beds if we’ve disturbed them.
There are several pieces of information that you’ll need before you submit your application for a commercial gas connection. All you need to do is apply for a quote, with the following details to hand:
Asssuming you have the right of ownership of the route of the supply pipes we will need to take from the boundary to your property
Other than the information detailed above, you won’t be required to provide any documentation before your connection work is carried out. We’ll provide you with a quote and once it’s been accepted and paid for, our delivery team begin to plan the work and the job will be completed in approximately 6-8 weeks. We always offer the earliest date available. Local authority restrictions can sometimes apply in certain areas or we may require road traffic management permissions, which can sometimes impact delivery timescales. If this is the case, we will let you know and keep you informed as this progresses.
