Our £1m Warm Fund offers all-year round support to those most in need, to keep them warm and well at home.
The support offered through the fund includes bundles for energy efficiency and warm items to use at home; small items like dehumidifiers and duvets; and larger appliances like ovens and washing machines.
In order to apply for this support you must be available for a home visit and meet this key criteria:
Receive one of the following benefits:
Pension Credit, Universal Credit, Income Based Jobseekers Allowance, Income Related Employment & Support Allowance, Income Support, Housing Benefit, Tax Credits (Child & Working Tax Credit).
Have a household income of less than £31,000.
Have no available savings or access to other funds.

The fund will run from October 2025 to September 2026.
Each household may receive one bundle and one small item or voucher. A household may be entitled to one larger appliance if a home visit has taken place and the eligibility criteria has been met.
The allocation is based on the household, not individual clients.
