Through this initiative, their dedicated energy advisors offer personalised support to help customers manage their utility costs, maximise income, and access debt and budgeting advice.
This support is primarily delivered through home visits, allowing us to carry out in-person assessments, identify any signs of financial or energy-related challenges, and offer practical solutions to help residents stay warm, safe, and financially secure.
