Our employee community groups

These employee led groups each play an important role to integrate a diverse workforce, creating safe spaces, and fostering an inclusive culture.  

All groups have an Executive Sponsor from the senior leadership team who oversees the community, providing direction and support.

Our Employee Communities regularly input into our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) Steering Group and Working Group. The Steering Group is made up of senior leadership from across the company and they work to provide strategic direction for ED&I.  They help to determine the business priorities and to challenge and improve company wide policy and practice.

The Working Group operates in line with the Steering Group to drive progress against the agreed business priorities, provide feedback and highlight issues.

We are supported by passionate colleagues and each of our communities play an essential role in driving our ambitions forwards by shaping a culture where everyone is truly valued.
