Serving all of our communities, including our armed forces

Working for us

This Saturday marks Armed Forces Day – an opportunity for the country to recognise the hard work and sacrifice that our armed forces make. Here at Cadent, we are committed to serving all of our communities, and this includes our veterans and reservists. Furthermore, we recognise that our company as a whole represents those communities that we serve, and I know we have a number of fantastic veterans and reservists doing great work all across Cadent. That is why I am delighted to say that we have officially signed the Armed Forces Covenant.

The Covenant officially acknowledges the recognition that we give as a company to the value that serving personnel, both regular and reservists, veterans and military families contribute to our business and to our country. Signing the Covenant underlines our commitment to those in our workforce who have a link to the armed forces. Cadent are proud to be an ‘armed-forces friendly employer’.
