Essential work to repair a gas main in Hevingham, Norfolk is to continue from 4 January for approximately 3 weeks
This work followers a gas escape beneath the A140 Cromer Road in Hevingham between Norwich and Aylsham. Excavation work will be needed in preparation for a new gas pipe, which once replaced will last for at least 80 years.
Traffic flows are being managed by multi direction temporary traffic lights at the junction of Cromer Road and The Street and motorists travelling along the route area advised to allow extra time for their journeys.
