Pipeline safety

Working together

Our business is a member of Linewatch which aims at raising awareness of the dangers of working near buried pipelines and how to appropriately manage these risks. To book a presentation please visit their website.

Cadent is an active member of UKOPA (United Kingdom Onshore Pipeline Association) and together we would like to work with you to ensure your safety and the safety of our pipelines.

Free mark up service

We can indicate the location of our pipes

We provide free safety advice to anyone working in the vicinity of pipelines and where practical will mark out the route of the pipeline free of charge. As pipelines do not always run in straight lines between marker posts it is important that you contact our Plant Protection Team.

Please contact the Plant Protection Team using the Contact details in the "Ways to contact us" section on this page.
