Supporting our customers

All Cadent staff have ID cards, so always check a person's ID before allowing them into your home. Customers who have additional communication, access or safety needs can benefit from the Priority Service Register (PSR) – it's free and easy to join, and gives extra support to those that need it.

Improving the gas pipes in your area

We replace old pipes that have been in the ground for decades, so you can continue to receive your gas safely and efficiently, long into the future. Find out more about what to expect during this work.

Filling in the holes

Once we've replaced or repaired a gas main, our reinstatement team will come to fill in any holes and restore the road surface as quickly as possible. We may have had to dig within your property boundary. If so, you can be sure that we'll restore the specific area where we had to dig.
