Excellent starting salary: £27,500 (Degree level) - £28,500 (Masters degree)

Our graduate programme is an 18 month-long roller-coaster ride of learning which consists of three, six month placements.

It’s the perfect start to your career that’ll see you develop your skills and experience through a variety of comprehensive and challenging training modules, from hands on technical training to personal development/soft skills training. Along the way, you’ll be supported by not only a dedicated New Talent Team, but also managers and colleagues.

Once you complete the graduate scheme, you’ll move into a full time role within our business. From there, the sky’s the limit.

Programmes

Graduates

We recruit a variety Graduates for both Engineering and Functional Schemes each year. Undergraduates

We also recruit a variety Undergraduates every year into different disciplines around our business. Aside from an interesting and challenging year in industry, we can offer you a salary of £16,500, plus 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), enrollment to our pension plan and a buddy to support you throughout your year with us. Naturally our undergraduate alumni are also a vital source of hires onto our Graduate Programmes following graduation.

What to expect:

Sending us your application is just the first step, we've broken down each stage of our recruitment process so that you know what to expect every step of the way!

Apply online

No matter how you find us, we'll need you to apply through this careers site so that we can capture all the information we need to learn more about you.

Application review

Once you have applied, we'll reply straight away so that you know we have your details. Then we will look through your application asap to check you have some of the fundamentals we may need (e.g the right qualifications).

Telephone interview

Assuming you've got what we've asked for and you pass through our initial application review then we'd love to speak to you on the phone to understand more about you and why you are interested in joining us.

Attend an assessment day

When you have wowed us on the telephone (and are equally wowed by us), we will invite you to come and meet us in person for an assessment centre. This is our chance to really understand what you have done in the past and how you will fit into our team. It sounds scarier than it is!

Feedback

Unfortunately spaces are limited on our programmes so not everyone will be successful. However we will always give you feedback even if you aren't made an offer to join us, to hopefully help you on your way to securing your perfect job.

Offer

Shortly after your assessment we will let your know if we will be making you an offer to join one of our programmes. A member of our recruitment team will talk you through the details so that you can make an informed decision.

Onboard

Now comes the paperwork! This step covers the formalities needed to bring you on board, and will involve things like sending you a formal offer of employment, checking your right to work in the UK, and taking references.
